All processes take place at our own farm, “ Finca Alba Export” in Balboa, Risaralda, home to our specialty coffee and cacao processing center. Here, craftsmanship meets innovation: our facility is equipped with advanced technology that allows us to refine every stage of fermentation and drying with scientific precision.
Our team includes professionals in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, sensory analysis, and fermentation science — working side by side with local producers.
